Phin Glynn

Managing Director / Producer

Phin began his career over a decade ago as a runner on an ill fated feature. He has since worked in acquisition & distribution, production, post-production and finance.

He was one of the four producers to start London’s 369 Productions in 2011 and formed Bad Penny with Harriet and Daz in 2014 to compliment the work that 369 were doing.

His last feature was ‘The Unbeatables’ from Academy Award wining director Juan Jose Campanella, starring Rupert Grint and Rob Brydon.

Phin has been knee deep in Yorkshire mud for the last two months producing Bad Penny’s debut feature ‘Mad To Be Normal’. After which he’ll begin work in earnest preparing for feature number 2 ‘Fish Without Bicycles’.

Harriet Hammond

Head of Production / Producer

Harriet is an award-winning producer, with experience in features, documentaries and 3D/VFX production. She has been lucky enough to work with some fantastic  Directors, Cast and Artists over the years, including the legendary B. B. King on The Life of Riley, narrated by Morgan Freeman.

Her first feature film, The Unbeatables, directed by Juan Jose Campanella was released across UK cinemas in 2014.

In 2016 Harriet worked on  Mad to be Normal which was released in cinemas in the UK in April 2017. Since wrapping on You, Me and Him at the end of 2016 Harriet is now in-development with a number of projects for Bad Penny.

Daz Spencer Lovesey

Head of Film / Producer

Daz has worked across the Feature Film and Commercials Industries for ten years. Daz began his career in 2006 as an Art Department Junior on films such as Control and Bronson. The same year he won the BBC’s Funny hunt Director’s award for directing comedy for BBC3.

He wrote and directed his own low budget Feature ‘Vacation Hunter’ in 2010 which premiered at Razor Reel Fantastic Film Festival.

Daz has produced and directed commercials both for production houses, as a freelancer and running his own company Rebel35 from The Sharp Project TV studios in Manchester. He has been fortunate enough to work with some great brands and produce shoots all over the globe.

Daz is a Sundance London Independent Film Ambassador and a BAFTA Mentor for ‘Give Something Back’ campaign.

Georgia Tennant


Georgia began her career nearly 20 years ago. Spending a large portion of that time as an actress (credited as Moffett) with credits including ‘Dr Who’, ‘Miss Marple’, ‘The Bill’ and ‘White Van Man’ she has spent the last 5 years adding writing and producing to her CV.

Producing credits include ‘The Fiveish Doctors reboot’ on which she collaborated with the BBC and was nominated for a Hugo award and the short film ‘ 96 Ways to Say I Love You’ written & Directed by Daisy Aitkens and starring Joel Fry, Nina Sosanya and David Tennant.
